| Job Description | We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with experience in SQL, Windows Server, AIX, Linux and IIS administration to support business-critical applications and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. |
| Key Responsibilities | |
| Monitor and support production applications and services. | |
| Troubleshoot application, database, and server-related issues. | |
| Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests. | |
| Perform SQL queries, database validation, and basic troubleshooting. | |
| Manage and support OS environments (Windows and AIX server). | |
| Configure and troubleshoot IIS web server-related issues. | |
| Coordinate with Application Owner, development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. | |
| Monitor application logs, server health, and scheduled jobs. | |
| Support deployment activities, patching, and maintenance tasks. | |
| Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and incident reports. | |
| Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely updates to stakeholders. |
