Prepare Quality dashboards to be presented to customer. Interact with Senior Stakeholders.·
Ensure ITIL operational process compliance for the program to deliver the servicesOwn and manage continuous improvement program/themes (Pragati, Leans, SIPs, Process training).
Showcase process improvements and present quality parameters to customer on an on-going basis..
Conduct regular Ticket reviews and publish reports with customer and Wipro..
Ensure Quality KPI compliance, facilitate in conducting RCA for SLA misses and action planning.
Required
candidate with expertise in Quality practices such as 7 QC Tools, Lean Six Sigma, and Quality Assurance, in addition to experience working in a Service Desk environment, particularly within the IT domain.
