CBR - 130K, location - mumbai , experience :8+yrs

Primary skills

  • Domain knowledge: First experience in supporting banking applications and their users (around TRADE FINANCE ideally, but any banking domain functional wise – client facing)
  • Technical skills:
    • SQL, Unix (mandatory),
    • Microservices, CI/CD tools (nice to have)
  • Critical and analytical thinking: capability to analyze complex business problems, prioritize requirements, and propose innovative solutions.
  • ITIL V3: Good knowledge in Incident management, Change Management & Problem Management
  • Communication: Strong expertise in communication oriented to business users and management.
  • Monitoring: ability to effectively monitor infrastructure, functional (logs) and performances of applications (Dynatrace is ideal, but other monitoring tool like Geneos, etc…

Secondary skills

  • Agile methodologies: understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools (JIRA).
  • Banking knowledge : knowing about CIB banking ecosystem – Finastra Trade Innovation Plus tool will provide an advantage
  • Project management: experience leading and delivering small projects with several contributors & represent Production by giving prerequisites for support activities during new project or new release

2. Skill upgradation and competency building

  • Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
  • Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
  • Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
