Base Location: Munich, Germany | Work Mode: 5 days onsite presence required | Languages: German and English mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM QA/QC Specialist to support Scan-to-BIM and as-built modelling delivery for industrial plants and large-scale building facilities. The role requires strong hands-on experience in BIM quality assurance, point cloud workflows, coordinate management, and onsite coordination in a client-facing project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BIM QA/QC delivery for industrial plant and factory facility projects.
  • Support Scan-to-BIM workflows, including E57 point cloud conversion to RCP using Autodesk ReCap.
  • Create and maintain central Revit models using standard templates, shared parameters, and export layers.
  • Manage project coordinates, including shared coordinates, survey points, project base points, and plant coordinate systems.
  • Validate IFC, DWG, and JSON deliverables against client-specific requirements, MVDs, and layer mappings.
  • Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams, customers, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • B.Tech or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM QA/QC delivery for industrial plants or large building facilities.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or factory plant facilities, including production equipment layouts, utilities, pipe racks, service corridors, plant rooms, and technical spaces.
  • Experience with brownfield and as-built modelling using 3D laser scanning and point cloud data.
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk ReCap, preferably versions 2023–2025.
  • Good understanding of Dynamo scripts, Revit add-ins, and SAP-RE-FX add-in usage.
  • Mandatory fluency in German and English for customer communication and onsite coordination.
