Role Purpose

The objective is to establish an end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform that supports global operations while accommodating region-specific business and regulatory requirements.

Solution architecture skills:

  • Assess current digital ecosystem from client.
  • Define the target technology architecture and platform consolidation strategy.
  • Develop the conceptual product design and solution blueprint.
  • Recommend the required roles, skills, and governance to proceed to build + support phase.

AI specific skills

  • Assess the procurement process landscape and identify opportunities to embed AI across the value chain.
  • Define the "Art of the Possible" for AI and Agentic AI within the target operating model.
  • Develop the AI-enabled process blueprint and Agentic AI roadmap.

 

 

Activities expected

Discovery:

  • Demo / assessment of existing client procurement tools (live regional tools + 2 client POCs)
  • Map key journeys, tasks & processes, data sources, etc.
  • Consume existing analysis documentation to date and build on it
  • Gather future requirements with UX team
  • Explore Agentic AI as a differentiator feature set
  • Co-develop concepts to be validated with users

MVP and solution definition:

  • Co-draft MVP for future solution
  • Shape tech stack and architecture for future solution
  • Contribute to roadmap prioritisation

Plan build sprints:

  • Define tech environments needed
  • Advice on plan for any integrations required (AI or else)
  • Contribution to draft rollout plan.
