Job Description
· Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including engineers and technicians.
· Infrastructure management: Oversee the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliability of IT systems like servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
· Project management: Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
· Security and compliance: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
· Performance and operations: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime through proactive maintenance.
· Strategy and policy: Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and long-term technology roadmaps.
· Budget management: Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
· Collaboration: Work with other departments and stakeholders to understand and support their technology needs.

Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
