Minimum 5+ years Experience on LAN/WAN, should have experience on configuration of firewalls, NIPs, L2/L3 switches, Routers etc. Should be CCNA/CCNP/FortiGate certified
Good knowledge about routing protocols and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of current security protocols and solutions

Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Provide telephone support to client and their delivery partners, assisting in resolving any problems experienced by users, liaising with external providers as appropriate.
Provide on-site IT support to customers as required.
Assist the IT manager in obtaining and installing the necessary hardware and software upgrades onto the IT network to ensure that the network can meet the needs of the organization and its customers.
Provide IT support to client’s staff and ongoing assistance with any problems they encounter using the IT network.
Identify additional training needs based on the queries and problems experienced by users. Advise the IT manager of these needs to ensure that they are included in the client's training program.
