Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Network Architect to take a leadership role in designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced enterprise network infrastructures that span across multiple global locations. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience and expertise in Aruba networking technologies, SilverPeak SD-WAN (Aruba EdgeConnect), and Cisco enterprise solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can develop secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures that support business-critical operations and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design and documentation of complex network architectures, crafting both high-level and detailed low-level designs that adhere to organizational standards. You will define and enforce best practices, policies, and governance for network deployment to ensure consistent performance and security across our digital ecosystem.

• Architecture & Design:
  • Develop comprehensive LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN network architectures emphasizing scalability, resilience, and future growth.
  • Create detailed HLDs and LLDs to guide implementation teams.
  • Establish network standards, guidelines, and policies aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Implementation & Operations:
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Aruba switches, access points, ClearPass NAC systems, and Aruba Central for centralized management.
  • Implement SilverPeak SD-WAN solutions including appliance provisioning using zero-touch provisioning (ZTP), orchestration, and traffic optimization techniques.
  • Design and deploy Cisco enterprise infrastructures utilizing Catalyst and Nexus switches, ISR/ASR routers, Cisco DNA Center, and manage Cisco wireless controllers and APs.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Integrate Aruba ClearPass for network access control and device profile management, enabling granular, role-based access policies.
  • Design and implement secure VPN and IPsec tunnels, network segmentation, and firewall architectures to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Ensure network infrastructure complies with security standards including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
• Innovation & Optimization:
  • Research and evaluate emerging networking technologies such as Wi-Fi 6/6E, cloud-managed networking, and advanced SD-WAN capabilities to keep the network infrastructure ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive automation and orchestration initiatives leveraging tools like Orchestrator APIs, Cisco DNA Center, Ansible, and Terraform to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

This role requires a deep understanding of core network protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP routing, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, QoS, traffic engineering, and security constructs such as ACLs and IPsec VPNs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive network performance improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Mandatory Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Network Architecting with a strong focus on enterprise-scale solutions. Proven experience designing complex network topologies that incorporate Aruba technologies, SilverPeak SD-WAN, and Cisco enterprise products.
