Role Network Service Delivery Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and successful delivery of a specific program or a workstream of a larger customer program within Wipro, from deal closure to a steady-state.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the entire service lifecycle to ensure to meet appropriate standards
- Escalation point for Network Tower
- Strives to improve customer satisfaction
- Overall team management
- Establish and maintain service governance framework
- Manage vendor relationships and performance
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPI
Mandatory Skills:
Proven strong experience as a Delivery Manager along with networking experience.
