Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

- Overall 7 to 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure area with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure service Transition Management in Networing environment
- Strong Transition Management knowledge
- Experience in using Project Management methodologies and processes is a must
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- To work under minimal supervision and should be Self driven
- Familiar with working in a project environment including planning, deliverables, progress tracking and reporting
- Ability to articulate how business issues may impact overall IT architecture and planning.
- Proven ability to consult, support, and inspire colleagues.
- Capacity to think creatively, yet pragmatically.
- Preferably ITIL Certified
- Good awareness of PMP Methodologies for Project Management
- Knowledge on Six Sigma processes
- Good skills on preparing Project Presentations and documentations.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Good negotiation skills

- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below
- Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
- Exercise employee recognition and appreciation
