AI Advisory - Partner
Americas represent a high growth, diverse, and maturity varied market for AI and Technology Strategy adoption. Clients range from AI curious to AI scaling, with strong demand for pragmatic, value led advisory rather than experimentation.
The Partner – AI Advisory & Technology Strategy will:
• Own and scale Wipro Consulting’s AI & Tech Strategy advisory business across market
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs navigating AI adoption, digital modernisation, and transformation
• Build market eminence, revenue, and leadership talent in the region
This role is designed to provide strategic market leadership rather than focusing solely on execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Growth & Revenue Ownership (AMERICAS)
• Own AI Advisory & Technology Strategy revenue targets across the market.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline across:
o Strategic accounts
o Industry led transformation programs
o Net new logos in priority markets
• Lead large, multi country pursuits and close complex consulting deals.
Expectation: Acts as the face of AI & Tech Strategy consulting for the market.
2. CXO Advisory & Strategic Client Leadership
• Advise CEOs, CIOs, CDAOs, CTOs, and Business Heads on:
o Enterprise AI strategy and roadmaps
o Responsible and scalable GenAI adoption
o Technology modernization and operating model shifts
• Translate AI investments into clear business outcomes:
o Revenue growth
o Cost optimization
o Productivity and decision intelligence
3. AI Strategy & Transformation Advisory
• Lead AI strategy engagements including:
o AI maturity assessments and north star definition
o AI governance, risk, ethics, and operating models
o Business case creation and value realization frameworks
• Shape differentiated APMEA relevant offerings across:
o AI Strategy & Roadmaps
o GenAI adoption and scale
o AI governance & compliance
o Enterprise architecture and tech strategy
4. Market Eminence & Thought Leadership
• Establish Wipro Consulting as a leading AI & Tech Strategy advisor in the market.
• Lead creation of:
o Regional POVs
o CXO level whitepapers
o Industry specific AI insights
• Represent Wipro in:
o Industry forums
o Client roundtables
o Analyst and ecosystem interactions
Expectation: Builds external credibility, not just internal capability.
5. Practice & Talent Building
• Build, mentor, and scale AI Advisory & Tech Strategy teams across markets.
• Develop future leaders at Partner / Principal / Managing Consultant levels.
• Collaborate across Wipro (Data & AI, Cloud, Engineering, Industry Consulting) to deliver One Wipro outcomes.
6. Governance, Risk & Delivery Oversight
• Provide senior oversight for large AI and transformation programs.
• Ensure:
o Strong governance and delivery assurance
o Responsible AI, regulatory compliance, and data privacy alignment
o High CSAT / PCSAT and referenceable outcomes

Qualifications
Experience
• 18–25+ years in Technology Strategy, AI Advisory, or Digital Transformation consulting
• Strong experience across the Americas markets
• Proven track record of:
o Revenue ownership
o CXO advisory
o Market and practice building
• Background from:
o Top tier consulting firms
o Strategy arms of large SI / Tech firms
o Boutique AI / Tech Strategy consultancies (at scale)

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
