Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to design, program, simulate and test the automation product or process to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness required.

  • 10+ years of Proven experience as automation tester
  • Strong grasp of testing concepts and strategies, including the defect life cycle.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data management and issue debugging.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux for issue troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Expertise in Java programming language for automation testing.
  • Ability to write, execute, and debug automation scripts in Java.
  • Knowledge of API testing / UI testing and familiarity with tools like Postman is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills: Test Automation .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
