We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide solutions and advocacy to employees, managers, and senior leaders by implementing key HR processes, practices and policies. The HRBP will provide strategic consultation and coaching to various teams on organizational issues that contribute to growing the business. We are searching for an HR professional who can partner business leaders, coach employees, manage ambiguity, and execute a broad range of operational activities in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Role Description:
The main responsibilities of this position include:
• First Point of Contact: Serves as an HR Advisor for multiple accounts directly supporting managers and employees across the Americas geo; providing timely guidance, support, and resolution on complex HR-related matters.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage Units new joiner, rehiring, rebadging, retransition, onboarding orientation, 30/60/90 day connects and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives and work collaboratively with business stakeholders to improve employee satisfaction, build morale, increase productivity, retention, and manage engagement surveys and support action planning for multiple accounts.
• Performance Management: Support the performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes for multiple accounts.
• Promotion & Mobility Cycles: Coordinate nomination and validation processes for promotions and internal mobility, ensuring compliance with timelines and guidelines.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Bench Management: Monitor and manage bench resources, ensuring optimal utilization and timely redeployment of employees to suitable projects or assignments for Americas associates.
• Manager Training Support: Partner with learning and development teams to design, coordinate, and facilitate a wide range of training programs for people managers—including behavioral, leadership, compliance, and other development trainings as needed—to help managers build effective skills and drive organizational success.
• Compliance & Legal Consultation: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure HR policies, practices, and employee relations activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards. Support investigations and policy updates as needed.
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as needed.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000.00 to $135,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
