Market Development Lead - Wipro Google Cloud Partnership Americas
Role Overview: As a Market Development Lead, you will act as a pivotal force driving the adoption and expansion of Google Cloud products and services within strategic client accounts across the Americas. You will serve as a trusted advisor representing both Wipro Technologies and Google, ensuring our clients' cloud transformation journeys are accelerated, innovative, and successful. Your leadership will be fundamental in creating sustainable business growth and fostering enduring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite, IT leaders, architects, and business unit heads to champion cloud transformation initiatives.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with disciplined governance across multiple levels such as account, country, and business lines.
- Collaborate closely with business development teams to proactively identify new market opportunities, develop compelling propositions, and strategize targeted sales campaigns.
- Partner with key account executives and pursuit teams, actively contributing to proposal development and negotiation processes.
- Architect comprehensive cloud migration roadmaps tailored to complex, multi-layered client organizations to secure buy-in and drive adoption.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Wipro’s industry specialists, global business units, and service lines to build strategic, account-based growth plans.
- Ensure alignment with partnership KPIs by driving pipeline growth, increasing cloud consumption, and promoting service annual contract values (ACV) and total contract values (TCV).
- Champion workforce skills development through certifications and ongoing knowledge sharing to sustain competitive advantage in cloud technologies.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes to foster trust and longstanding client relationships.

- Monitor and achieve targets related to pipeline qualification, ensuring consistent progression from opportunity identification to booked revenue.
- Take ownership of partnership-related performance metrics, delivering measurable outcomes in new pipeline opportunities, cloud consumption growth, service contract values, and certification achievements.
- Act as the primary liaison between Wipro and Google Cloud teams, ensuring synergy in pursuit efforts and alignment of strategic priorities to maximize impact.
- Drive innovation by identifying gap areas and new service offerings that address evolving customer needs in cloud transformation landscapes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Cloud services, market trends, and competitive positioning to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

The expected compensation range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, varying between the specified minimum and maximum salary brackets. Compensation takes into consideration factors such as geographical location, legal wage mandates, individual qualifications, and relevant professional background.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
