Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams across multiple time zones for seamless delivery.
  • Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting team productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, including executive reporting.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and help mature the Agile mindset.
  • Support Release Planning and align with PI objectives and dependencies.
  • Maintain Jira dashboards, Confluence pages, and ensure Agile artifacts are up to date.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback sessions.

 

Required Skills:

  • Agile/Scrum Methodology: 10+ years; Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe preferred); expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and building reports in Jira/Confluence.
  • Project Management: 10+ years; proven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: 10+ years; strong communication and conflict resolution skills; experience with executive reporting.
  • Works Independently: Ability to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Team Player: Skilled at fostering collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
