Job Description:

  • Seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams using Scrum and Kanban.
  • The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensure high-quality delivery outcomes, and facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication and working knowledge of Oracle SQL for data validation, issue triage, and metrics analysis is required.

 

Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, with hands-on Scrum and Kanban facilitation.
  • Strong command of MS Office:
  • Excel: pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards for metrics and reporting.
  • PowerPoint: executive-ready presentations.
  • Word/Outlook: documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Oracle SQL: ability to write and execute queries for data validation, analysis, and issue triage (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, WHERE, basic performance awareness).
  • Proven experience in coaching teams, resolving impediments, and improving Agile maturity.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills; strong stakeholder management across business and technology.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools (workflow configuration, dashboards, reporting).
  • Exposure to banking/financial services or enterprise-scale programs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation concepts.
  • Knowledge of Kanban analytics (cumulative flow diagrams, WIP limits, cycle-time optimization).

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
