Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Pursuit Leader to join Wipro Technologies-USA's dynamic Technology Services division. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the identification, development, and execution of high-value strategic sales pursuits within the TTMS - Integrated GTM & Solution Design practice. Your leadership will drive complex deal negotiations, foster robust client relationships, and deliver transformative business outcomes.
As part of our Strategic Engagements team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional units, integrating new IT capabilities, business and IT transformation expertise, flagship digital solutions, and business process outsourcing services. Your strategic insights will shape Wipro's approach to market expansion and client engagement, ensuring alignment with evolving industry trends and client needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle of major strategic deals, from opportunity identification and qualification through to pursuit strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Serve as the principal point of accountability for the largest and most complex sales opportunities across diverse industries, ensuring completion with high standards and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate strategically with global account teams and industry leaders to create and execute tailored client engagement plans that leverage Wipro's comprehensive portfolio, including New IT, Journey to Cloud (J2C), business and IT transformation, digital solutions, and BPO.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations globally, positioning Wipro as a preferred digital transformation partner.
- Drive innovation in sales strategies by embedding insights from market intelligence, competitive analysis, and emerging technology trends to differentiate Wipro’s offerings.
- Mentor and guide internal teams to foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement, client obsession, and superior execution.
- Ensure compliance with Wipro’s governance frameworks, legal standards, and organizational ethics throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $180,000.00 to $270,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
