Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle (onboarding, support, decommissioning) for key SaaS collaboration systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Asana)
- Provide Tier 1/2 support, resolving user issues, managing permissions/access, and proactively monitoring system performance and availability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IAM, Security, Legal, Procurement) to establish, update, and enforce application policies (including lifecycle), licensing, and financial renewals, inclusive of rightsizing, RFI, RFP, implementation and termination/decommissioning of tooling.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of collaboration tools across the organization for end users.
- Document incidents, supported user training/onboarding, and contribute to process improvements to drive efficiency in SaaS operations.
- Target efficincies through automation and AI technologies; enhance workflows and interoperability in our owned systems
- Familiarity supporting Enterprise SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta, Asana, Miro, etc
- Solid understanding of GAM (Google Automation), Python, REST API
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Solid understanding of secure authentication methods (SAML, OIDC, etc.), SSO, and IAM best practices to support user access management and security across collaboration systems.

Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
