Job Description


We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Creative Production Specialist to support key initiatives within team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, creative leaders, and production partners to support the development of visual assets and creative concepts across multiple channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to help develop innovative visual concepts for campaigns
  • Create layouts, mood boards, storyboards, and mockups for digital and print media
  • Support creative team members during photoshoots and production initiatives
  • Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and project objectives
  • Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and art directors to refine creative assets based on feedback
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks and presentation materials for internal reviews

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • A degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Design, or a related field
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively
Mandatory Skills: Business analysis(Insights/Analytics) .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
