Global Head of Lending Transformation Offering – Consulting

Role Overview
Wipro aims to deepen its industry-specific technology leadership to drive transformative value for clients in the Banking industry. As the Global Offering Head for Lending Transformation, you will lead efforts to bridge any gaps between our client outcomes and technology solutions. You will build and guide a cross-functional team that combines deep consulting, technical and industry expertise to address the unique challenges and opportunities of our clients.
You will focus on developing modernization solutions and bringing your team together to create these solutions. You will own the pipeline and work towards revenue targets. Your expertise in the Banking industry will be crucial in developing thought-leadership points of view (POVs) and whitepapers.
Your role will involve forging trusted relationships with senior internal and client stakeholders, ensuring that Wipro’s industry offering is aligned with their strategic objectives, and developing solutions that address complex industry problems, leveraging AI to compliment our global offerings. You will work closely with Wipro’s Industry Solution Architects and leadership across sectors to design, propose, and implement solutions that go beyond cost efficiency to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Client Influence
•    Drive industry-specific thought leadership and share insights with clients and Wipro teams, helping position Wipro as a leader in relevant industry.
•    Develop and nurture high-value client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
•    Ability to converse with industry leaders, analysts and formulate POV on trends.
•    Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions etc

Revenue Growth 
•    Work in tandem with Sector Sales, Service Line Leaders and Account Leadership to achieve revenue goals for industry-specific solutions.
•    The Global Head is responsible for defining and executing a 5X growth strategy for this area, owning growth targets, and working closely with other Wipro teams to ensure alignment.
Practice Development & Growth
•    Foster a high-performance team and culture of collaboration that will not only improve our brand perception within Wipro but also become a magnet for top talent.
•    Ensure that our Offering practice is a safe space for our people to work, have fun, share ideas, achieve personal and professional growth and be the champion of change for Wipro and our customers.
•    Coach, mentor, and empower our team to ensure that we operate with integrity, transparency, inclusivity, responsiveness and most importantly, be accountable.

Who we are looking for:
Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership
•    Deep understanding of Consumer Lending (Mortgages, Consumer Loans, Lending Operations, Collections) alignment with Consumer Banking 
•    Consumer Lending trends and sub-sectors like compliance and security as well as how technology can address these subsectors.
•    Proven record of leading large, complex digital transformation projects that drive business outcomes in an industry context.
•    Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization.
•    Influential internal change agent with gravitas and business building mindset
•    Constantly seeking new ways to create value and foresee challenges, providing clients with forward-looking solutions
Pipeline Management & Growth
•    Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth.
•    Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude and pragmatic approach
•    Manage a fields of play pipeline and regularly report opportunity and bookings to senior Wipro leadership.
•    Develop a deep understanding of key deals, lead deal shaping conversations and solve challenges.
•    Successful in generating business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
•    Proven track record of winning transformational and strategic consulting sales, and strong focus on account planning, business development strategies, participating in large integrated deals, governance, delivery and operational management.

Solutioning & Driving Transformation
•    Comprehensive knowledge of the technology landscape for Wealth Management industry including emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
•    Familiarity with modern technology architectures, including cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity solutions.
•    Ability to guide consulting,  solution architects and engineering teams in creating and delivering scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions.
•    Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
•    Be a champion and passionate advocate for Transformation to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value. The individual must be an ambassador for Digital Adoption and the Digital Transformation for the industry. 
•    Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results.

•    Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
•    Nurturing, developing, mentoring of top talent into future consulting business leaders.
•    Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, delivery, sales, and operations, to build and deliver cohesive, client-centric solutions.
•    Proven ability to engage with C-suite clients as a peer and thought leader, driving conversations that focus on business transformation and technology innovation.
•    Exemplary professional and corporate track record, delivering concise and effective communications with authority.
•    Highly adaptable in dynamic environments and integrates effectively into a global matrix environment.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00  to $265,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
