Managing Consultant

The role

Wipro is looking for a top-class Senior Change Manager to join our ever-growing People & Change practice in Wipro Consulting. Working with clients across various industries you will:

  • Lead workstreams in large and/or complex change management initiatives, collaborating with senior and junior colleagues to maximise client impact;
  • Combine client relationship development and management, team leadership, and business development with hands-on delivery of change management consulting;  and
  • Collaborate with local, regional and global colleagues in client-facing and internal change initiatives.

We are looking for the right person who can clearly demonstrate both experience and impact in the following areas:

  • Experience in the design and implementation of a range of organizational change management methods, techniques and approaches;
  • Delivering change in agile projects, driven by customer value and stakeholder impact;
  • Detailed working knowledge of change management theory and practice, stakeholder engagement, and training needs analysis;
  • Support the development of a change management capability within client teams to accept the transformation while anticipating, identifying and planning for obstacles and barriers to delivering change management, communication and capability build;
  • Responsible for building and sustaining collaboration with project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring as requested from the key relevant stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with the digital adoption platforms and the training development lifecycle
  • Blend the use of AI and Gen AI into your change management methodologies; and
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership content creation;

A nimble-minded individual, able to adjust and drive forward change in the face of evolving client requirements. The role requires flexibility balancing low-level detailed wok with higher value strategic initiatives, agility, resilience and a mindset that finds ways to solve problems and make things work. As part of a global consulting practice your role will include participation in business development activities (such as a contributing to proposals and/or delivering client presentations) and internal projects. Able to self-manage with a degree of project management expertise, the successful candidate has worked in a variety of environments with a range of delivery approaches including implementations using the Agile methodology and can readily adapt to the different styles of working across Wipro clients.

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
