JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a technical writer you will be responsible to preparing coherent and intuitive documentation appropriate to each audience including but not limited to test plans, user guides/manuals, help center content, standard operating procedures, playbooks, application programming interface documentation, integration guides, architectural overviews, tutorials, debugging guides and release notes / release video.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Wing to identify the highest impact documentation to create, maintain and share a prioritized list of such projects.
- Work with SMEs to understand the scope, requirements, functional specs and other technical documents
- Write an outline for new documents and design the information flow
- Define project quality and metric norms
- Help junior members research, interact with SME and gather information
- Work on end user training documentation
- Handle documentation reviews and other tasks, along with team management responsibility
- Ability to ensure team’s adherence to process, and quality and consistency of deliverables
- Be responsible for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimum of 10 years of experience in core technical writing and Madcap Flare tool

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Madcap Flare tool experience is must
- Knowledge of Google Cloud environment
- Use tools, publishing and processing appropriate to the team and audience
- Organize and manage documentation in an easily discoverable, coherent, and intuitive fashion
PREFERRED REQUIREMENT:
- Experience working as a technical writer in various domains
EDUCATION:
- Any bachelor’s degree
SKILLS:
- Past experience working on User documentation, SOPs, playbooks, Architecture handbooks, infrastructure related documentation etc.
- Ability to demonstrate his/her work experience with detailed explanation of the processes involved in technical writing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Good at articulation

Mandatory Skills: Technical Writing .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $97,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
