Production Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for CPQ products tailored to the telecom industry. Ensure alignment with broader business goals and market needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and support to ensure the CPQ platform meets business and customer requirements. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Feature Development and Prioritization: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on feature development that enhances functionality and user experience. Ensure timely delivery of new features and updates.
- Market and Customer Insight: Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product enhancements and new opportunities.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and report on product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and lifecycle management.
- Leadership and Team Guidance: Provide guidance and leadership to the product team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance. Ensure team alignment with the product vision and business objectives.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
