Service Delivery Manager

Location: New York, NY

 

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end infrastructure service delivery across all agreed towers.
  • Ensure SLA, KPI, and XLA adherence with proactive monitoring and corrective actions.
  • Lead major incident (P1/P2) management, ensuring rapid restoration and effective communication.
  • Drive problem management, RCA quality, and preventive actions to avoid repeat incidents.
  • Ensure service stability during BAU, peak periods, and business critical events.

Skills

  • Data Centre, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Network, EUC, Service Desk, Security
  • Hands on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong grasp of ITIL service management processes
  • Experience managing large, multi tower managed services accounts

Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Infrastructure / IT Service Delivery
  • Proven experience as Service Delivery Manager / Infrastructure Delivery Manager
  • ITIL certification (preferred)
  • Exposure to cloud, automation, and transformation programs
Mandatory Skills: Delivery Management .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
