Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and liaise closely with Investment Accounting, Fund Admin and Reporting teams to facilitate application support and effective use of systems and data
- Gather, document and analyze requirements for system projects and enhancements; provide the best fit solution, while maintaining the integrity of existing applications
- Work extensively with accounting datasets and reports (sourced primarily from Advent Geneva)
- Coordinate inter-team project plans, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as liaison to development teams by translating business requirements into functional requirements and providing guidance during build activities
- Perform analysis and provide support for client data warehouse integrations with external/internal systems and vendors
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency; recommending solutions and build options as necessary - Drive quality control across of various systems and integrations
- Conduct data analysis and debugging to research data issues and support business problem resolution
- Perform applications change and project QA and User Acceptance Testing
Required Skills:
- 9+ years of total professional experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst on Investment/Portfolio accounting systems
- Advent Geneva experience is required (at least 3 years)
- Prior experience in asset management firms or fund administrators; work within alternative asset managers is a significant plus
- Experience in business-facing roles coordinating directly with key stakeholders
- Data Warehousing knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with institutional trading workflows and technology
- Ability to synthesize business challenges and clearly present a business case, able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Strong SQL skills to work with large volumes of data
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, dynamic business environment
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
