Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Techno-Functional
Job Description:
- The candidate is expected to have 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementations.
- The candidate must have good working experience on Compensation modules.
- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud Compensation business process and their data flow.
- The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Should be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementation.
- Design and build/configuration of complex requirements for Compensation in Oracle Cloud.
- Understand the business requirements for Compensation and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud.
- Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Compensation.
- Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for Compensation modules.
- Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion for these modules.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
