Job Description
The Oracle Fusion Program Manager role involves leading a team of Oracle Fusion professionals, managing the implemented systems, system upgrades, enhancements, change requests., ensuring that the implemented systems align with the business needs and strategic objectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for rollouts, and development work and will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle Fusion Applications within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- At least 5 end to end implementation projects and 5 AMS projects in Oracle Fusion.
- Establishing and managing a robust program governance framework.
- Aligning program objectives with enterprise digital transformation strategy.
- Managing vendor and Oracle relationships for SLA adherence and quarterly release upgrades.
- Driving change control and impact assessments for new features in quarterly Oracle updates.
- Overseeing functional leads for core modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Projects and Analytics.
- Working with architects on integration strategy and ensuring adherence to Oracle's Unified Methodology.
- Acting as the primary liaison between IT, Business Process Owners, and Executive Sponsors.
- Conducting regular steering committee sessions with CXOs to review progress, risks, and ROI.
- Driving organizational change management and user adoption through training and enablement plans.
- Maintaining comprehensive risk management, security, and audit compliance.
- Managing cross-functional teams including Oracle consultants, developers, integration architects, and business SMEs.
- Mentoring and building an internal Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence for continuous innovation.
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $210,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
