Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience in a technology delivery team as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst driving multiple concurrent technology deliverable projects of varying sizes.
- Required experience with delivery of systems/applications in the Agile environment, including various Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and retrospectives.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services (Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or Claims experience)
- Translate complex fraud prevention requirements into a clear product vision and prioritized backlog
- Decisive and able to make tough prioritization calls while balancing stakeholder expectations and risk mitigation requirements.
- Good understanding of fraud detection mechanisms, deposit account workflows, and data analytics would be a strong advantage.
- Supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements to accomplish business goals.
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis.
- Ensuring there is a full traceability from requirements to implementation to testing to production releases and post-production validation
- Hands on experience in delivering technical solutions, including the coordination of end-to-end project deliveries from requirement gathering through testing
- Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios
- Demonstrable experience providing subject matter expertise within the technical (and some business) domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
- Experience agile development teams comprised of developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, testers
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
- Candidate needs to be a strong communicator with great communication skills

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
