Job Description

Linux Middleware Support/ Techno Functional Consultant L1

Good Knowledge on Linux, middleware products( Tomcat/spring boot/WebSphere/MuleSoft)
o Act as the subject matter expertise(SME) for specific systems, applications, or Platforms
o Debug complex system issues across different layers, including network, applications and database
o Work closely with the development team for bug fixes and feature enhancements
o Liaise with Devops and Infrastructure teams for environments -related challenges
o Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for team-wide learning
o Analyze logs, system behavior, and metrics to identify potential risks or inefficiencies
o Provide recommendation for improvements
o Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
o Ensure timely communication and escalation process during incidents

 

Requirements :

Hands on experience on Dynatrace, Splunk and dumps using tools such as heap/memory/Thread analyzer etc.,
Deep understanding for databases (oracle/MongoDB)
Good Knowledge on Linux, middleware products( Tomcat/spring boot/WebSphere/MuleSoft).

 

  
Mandatory Skills: Linux Admin .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
