Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer ARCON PAM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain ARCON PAM components.
  • Onboard privileged accounts, servers, databases, network devices, and applications into ARCON PAM.
  • Configure password vaulting, credential rotation, session monitoring, and privileged session recording.
  • Integrate ARCON PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding procedures, policies, and technical documentation.
  • Perform health checks, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to privileged access management.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for PAM deployment and governance.
  • Participate in PAM migration, enhancement, and optimization projects.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
  • Experience onboarding Windows, Linux/Unix servers, databases, and network devices.
  • Knowledge of password vaulting, session management, privileged session monitoring, and access workflows.
  • Experience integrating PAM with:
    • Active Directory (AD)
    • LDAP
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    • SIEM tools
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as SSH, RDP, HTTPS, and SNMP.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or other PAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, and HIPAA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Relevant ARCON PAM or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in PAM assessments and architecture design.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise PAM deployments.
