Test Manager Insurance Testing -Guidewire
Norwich
10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a Test Manager or QA Lead role on Guidewire Testing and Insurance domain
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center / Guidewire Claim Center implementation or upgrade projects.
Strong understanding of insurance claims processes—FNOL, coverage verification, investigation, adjudication, payments, recoveries, and subrogation.
Strong understanding of insurance domain processes—policy administration, quoting, rating, underwriting, and renewals, Claim Center
Proficiency in test management tools
Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy specific to Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation.
Develop detailed test plans covering configuration, integration, conversion, and end-to-end testing.
Identify testing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements aligned with project milestones.
Establish test environment setup and data management strategies for PolicyCenter testing.
Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, GTF).
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Good to have Guidewire certification (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter Testing Specialist or equivalent).
Good to have exposure to London market/specialty insurance
Familiarity with Performance and security testing
