Job Description
- The role focuses on building AI agents, skills, and MCP servers, and supporting rollout across multiple SDLC use cases.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio is essential.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents to support multiple SDLC use cases, including development, testing, deployment, and operations. Develop and manage skills and MCP servers that enable standardized, reusable AI capabilities across teams.
- Lead and support the rollout and adoption of AI agents and Copilot‑based solutions across engineering teams. Work hands‑on with GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio to customize, extend, and optimize AI‑assisted development workflows.
- Build AI‑enabled solutions using Java and Python, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Implement Agentic AI patterns, including task orchestration, tool usage, memory/context handling, and feedback loops.
- Integrate AI agents with existing systems, APIs, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
- Support troubleshooting, tuning, and enhancement of AI agents in production environments. Contribute to best practices, documentation, and governance around AI usage in the SDLC.
- Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI, MCP, and developer productivity tooling, and proactively suggest improvements.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
