Job Description: 

PMT

- Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical product areas.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, clearly communicating product requirements, trade-offs, and implementation plans.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, QA, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure product readiness and alignment.
Prioritize features and enhancements using data, user feedback, and business value.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct technical deep dives and act as a thought leader in discussions with engineering and stakeholders.
Work with product marketing and customer-facing teams to ensure effective communication and documentation.
• Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to help develop junior employees
• Work closely with technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria, and story point estimates in a SAFe/Agile methodology format
• Facilitate JAD sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories
• Assists with analysis of support ticket issues
• Can build process for streamlining the work
• Is aware of intake process
• Hunger for Systems and Technical knowledge – constantly analyzing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems

Qualifications:͏

Strong understanding of software development processes and/or distributed systems.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

• Able to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines

• High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
Background in software engineering or systems architecture.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
