Job Description

Role: Mainframe Senior Developer

Location: Ofallon, Missouri

1. Mainframe Developer: Experience with code changes, unit test data creation, and knowledge of payment and cards processes.

2. Technical Skills: Proficient in COBOL, JCL, Db2, VSAM, SORT.

Basic knowledge of CICS  including associated tools.

Familiarity with mainframe debugging tools and techniques.

3. Experience:  relevant experience in mainframe Development.

4. Agile Workflow: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

5. Tools: Endevor, File-aid, OPC scheduler, Prior experience with Rally or other related dashboards.

6. Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
Mandatory Skills: Mainframe .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
