As part of this project, your role as Order to Cash Officer with English will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Billing and dispatching
• Prepare various reports for ageing, forecast, collection etc
• Monitoring of receivables and tracking of outstanding payments
• Customer database management
• Reconcile customer payments and invoices, collection
• Customer and bank statements posting and reconciliation
• Investigate and solve discrepancies and variations
• Process customer refunds or adjustments as needed
• Provides support for open questions and tickets
• Prepare and update documentation as appropriate
• Create different reports, dashboards for Business / internal purpose
• Support internal/external audit
• Participate in testing and implementing new systems, projects or procedures
• Propose, test and implement various projects and improvements
• Ad-hoc requests
• Other MEC and reporting activities
• Meeting targets, deadlines, SLAs

Candidate’ profile:

• Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics
• Exposure to Navision, Oracle is an advantage
• Previous work experience in F&A
• Domain knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel
• Good verbal/written communication skills
• Hard Working/Willingness to stretch
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Focused on meeting deadlines
• Team player, open and co-operative
• Stakeholder management
• Open to travel if case
