Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Testing Consultant with 8+ years of experience in testing Oracle Fusion Cloud Testing with mandatory expertise in HCM modules and exposure to Finance and/or SCM testing.

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Testing (Mandatory) with experience in Oracle Finance and/or SCM Cloud testing.
  • Manual Testing & Test Management
  • End-to-End Implementation Experience
  • OATS / TOSCA (Preferred)
  • Defect Management & Reporting
  • Test Planning & Automation Frameworks

  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using OATS/TOSCA (TOSCA preferred).
  • Collaborate with development, functional, and QA teams to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Manage defect lifecycle, tracking, reporting, and resolution to meet project timelines.
  • Review test automation plans, test reports, and quality metrics to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support successful delivery of high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions through effective testing practices.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and/or SCM modules.
  • Hands-on exposure to TOSCA Test Automation (Good to have)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
