Role: Oracle Database Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days onsite/ Week)
Job Description:
At least 7 years real-world experience of database design and development using Oracle 12c or higher.
At least 7 years experience developing packages and stored procedures using PL/SQL.
At least 7 years experience working with querying XML/JSON database structures.
Must have experience and proficient knowledge of how to troubleshoot and performance tune queries.
Must have experience working with Toad 12.x or higher.
Must be able to translate complex database ideas in terms a non-technical user can understand utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have knowledge querying JSON and XML database structures.
Should have knowledge and experience using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
Should have knowledge reading, interpreting and explaining Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) reports.
Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence.
Ability to design the system with little direction or guidance.
Excellent analytical and logical skills.
Self-starter with thought leadership.
Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Payments or Banking background is highly preferred.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a team environment.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience developing packages and stored procedures using PL/SQL.
Experience querying XML/JSON database structures.
Experience and proficient knowledge of how to troubleshoot and performance tune queries.
Experience working with Toad 12.x or higher.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
