Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Developer with deep expertise in Oracle SQL and a strong background in handling large data volumes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries and database structures to support high-performance applications and data processing systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex Oracle SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, indexes, clustered indexes, and partitions.
  • Design and implement efficient database schemas and indexing strategies to support large-scale data operations.
  • Perform SQL performance optimization, including query tuning, execution plan analysis, and resource usage monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data architects and application developers to ensure scalable and reliable data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing SQL code and database configurations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Developer with strong command of Oracle SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with indexing strategies, clustered indexes, and partitioning in Oracle databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Expertise in SQL performance tuning and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database tools and utilities (e.g., SQL*Plus, TOAD, Oracle Enterprise Manager).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PL/SQL and stored procedures.
  • Exposure to cloud-based Oracle environments.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
