Wipro’s is seeking an Oracle Architect with extensive experience of Oracle Cloud infrastructure, EBS, Exadata & GoldenGate

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Define and manage integration strategies 
  • Collaborate with Leaders to understand business requirements, financial processes, and reporting needs.
  • Build and customize user interfaces 
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, functions, and procedures for financial data processing.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and audit controls during solution design.
  • Develop and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot financial integrations and reports.

 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • Oracle DBA experience with hands‑on expertise in RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in OCI architecture, governance, security, and backup management.
  • Must have considerable experience in OCI administration including:
    • VCN, Subnet, FastConnect, IPSEC, Security Lists, NSG, DRG, LPG/RPG, NAT, Service Gateway
    • Tenancy management, VM creation, Load Balancer setup, backup policies
  • Deep hands‑on experience managing OCI Object Storage and using it for database/cloud operations.
  • Experience in database and application migration to OCI.
  • Ability to integrate Object Storage with RMAN, DataPump, GoldenGate, and PaaS workloads.
  • Expert in OCI Command Line Interface (CLI) for automation and bulk operations.
  • Deep experience in Exadata administration (EXACC / EXACS‑D).
  • Experience in Exadata migration from X7 to X11.
  • Strong in RMAN, Data Guard, DataPump, and end‑to‑end backup/recovery workflows.
  • Capable of performing restore, clone, and duplicate operations for database refreshes.
  • Perform DR drills, failover/switchover, and recovery testing.
  • Enforce TDE, network encryption, and Vault/KMS key rotation policies.
  • Proficient in GoldenGate configuration, troubleshooting, and migration activities.
  • Hands‑on experience in database upgrade/migration to 19c/21c.
  • Strong SQL and performance tuning skills.
  • Hands‑on with automation tools — Terraform, Ansible, Shell scripting, and OCI CLI.
  • Experience with OEM 13c configuration, migration, and OCI Monitoring/APM.
  • Experience in OEM migration.

1.      		 Support sales team to create wins % of proposals with Quality Index  >7, timely support of the proposals, identifying opportunities/ leads to sell services within/ outside account (lead generation), no. of proposals led
2. Delivery Responsibility in Projects/Programs and Accounts   (a)    Solution acceptance of Integration architecture (from client and/or internal Wipro architecture leadership), and 
(b)    effective implementation of integration-approach/solution component by way of sufficient integration-design, methods guidelines and tech-know how of team 
3. Delivery support CSAT, delivery as per cost, quality and timelines, Identify and develop reusable components, Recommend tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times
4. Capability development  % trainings and certifications completed, increase in ACE certifications, thought leadership content developed (white papers, Wipro PoVs)
