-Planning and Strategy Development: Creating a detailed data migration plan that includes timelines, resources, and risk management strategies from a local need perspective.
- Data Assessment: Evaluating the quality and structure of existing data to determine what needs to be migrated, archived, or excluded.
- Execution: Coordinate local activities according to the established plan, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Testing and Validation: Conducting thorough testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy post-migration.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitoring the migration process to identify and resolve any issues promptly, and optimizing processes as needed.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinating with stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and vendors, to ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the migration.
