Role: IT Technical Project Manager Manager (Onsite, Bilingual) - Japa
NOTE : Only bilingual Native candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the L2 and L3 teams, to support and manage IT L2 and L3 Support
- IT Technical Project Manager will needs to run Sprints for the assigned work.
- 5-7 years of Experience in Cloud and project management.
- Work closely with existing delivery teams to achieve distinctive, lasting & substantial business improvements through the adoption of emerging technologies in cloud
- Familiarity with monitoring & management tools such as Systems Manager, Splunk, Cloud monitoring tools etc
- 3+ years of DevOps development experience using GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Teams Chat, ServiceNow
- Experience working in Agile development environments and with cross-functional teams
- Experience in playing the Agile/Scrum Master role for at least two years for a IT Infrastructure team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Ensures timely delivery of all tasks, deliverables, and get the issues resolved on time.
- Scheduling and management of progress and resources, and delegation of tasks.
- Establishing appropriate project quality standards in consultation with customers/partners and implementing appropriate quality management practices/processes/systems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establishing effective, open communication channels among project participants and all key stakeholders.
- Facilitating the production of project documentation and reporting for executive management.
- Establishing clear project baselines, clearly defined Scope Of Work & Deliverables.
- Establishing strict Change Control mechanisms and management of all project changes.
- Perform Risk assessments, manage and mitigate project risks.
- Manage Escalations externally as well as internally.
- Reporting Project Metrics, variances, estimations and impact analysis.
- Ensure team is following the ITIL defined process and have track record for critical INC/major changes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bi-lingual (fluent in both English & Japanese). For Japanese proficiency minimum N2 is required.
- Mandatory skills- It infrastructure and application operations management, ITIL, IT Service Management.
- Extensive knowledge/experience regarding Incident/Change operations, Asset management, Vulnerability management, Network management, Dev Ops and Automation and team management.
- Technical skills- MS, AWS, Devops, Windows
