As part of this project and a new team, your role as a PR to PO Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPIs, within the energy and utility client industry.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing and acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO);
- Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites;
- Manage exceptional transactions;
- SLA & overall deliverables management;
- Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;
- Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts;
- Assisting to generate savings;
- Non-Voice daily tasks 70%;
- Voice tasks 30%.
What will you bring?
- Good English language skills, written and conversational;
- BPO Experience of 3 years minimum in Procurement operations;
- Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);
- Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
- Experience of working on SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or COUPA.
