Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

About the Role:

Seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG Ready, time & labor management (TLM) offering. As a Sr Solution Consultant, you will be part of a growing dynamic team responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of the core HRMS product. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of TLM concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

    • Basic Qualifications:

      • 3+ years’ experience implementing time and attendance domain / software including the below.
        • Accruals
        • Attestations
        • Advanced time and labor scheduling
        • Leave of absence
      • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
      • Ability to work on multiple implementation projects simultaneously

       

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
      • Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are still being defined
      • Excellent communication and consulting skills
      • Flexible to work in shifts
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed
