As part of this project, your role as PTP Specialist with English will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Management of timely discrepancy resolution and approval flow
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies and variations
• Vendor (including employee) Master Data
• Management of the process from purchase request to order
• Management of payments (initition /execution)
• Payments posting and clearings
• T&E management (audit, posting, payment)
• GRIR reconciliation
• Reconciliations between suppliers and companies
• Management of unallocated balances and debit balances
• Track the allocation of discounts for prompt / early payments
• Ensure successful resolution for open questions and tickets
• Reporting process & reconciliations
• Manage queries from different parties
• Support internal/external audit
• Participate in testing and implementing new systems, projects or procedures
• Prepare and update documentation as appropriate
• Propose, drive and implement various / special projects and improvements
• Ad-hoc requests
• Other MEC and reporting activities
• Meeting targets, deadlines, SLAs
• Keeps track of volumes and quality of deliverables and reports at appropriate levels
• Training for newcomers
• Create different reports, dashboards for Business / internal purpose
• Act as an escalation point for issues raised by the client. Ensuring the fast resolution of these issues

Candidate’ profile:

• Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics
• Exposure to Navision, Oracle is an advantage
• Previous work experience in PTP
• Good domain knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Hard Working/Willingness to stretch
• Self driven in problem analysis and solving
• Drive for performance, results and improvements proactively
• Team player, open and co-operative
• Stakeholder management
• Able to handle escalations and business review sessions
• Open to travel if case
