 Deployment Engineers (System Integration)

Role : Solution Engineer/Deployment Engineer

JOB Details :- We are primarily looking for a resource with prior knowledge in deploying Packet Core Nodes on Telco Clouds.

EXP Range :- 1 ~ 3 Yrs

• Minimum 1+ years in PACKET CORE Solution Implementation/testing

Skills :-

• Candidate should have understanding of the Packet Core Solution./Nodes
• Should have good knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi, loT etc.
• Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
• Candidate should have prior experience in deploying packet core nodes as Bare Metal Nodes/VNF's/CNF's.
• Prior experience in Linux, VMWare, Dockers & Containers, OpenStack, Openshift
• Working knowledge on Packet Core Nodes SGSN / MME, GGSN /EPG, PCRF /SAPC, ePDG / WMG, 5G nsa /sa
• Working knowledge on Packet Core Nodes CMG, CMM, NRD will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Assist in end-to-end deployment, integration, and testing of Packet Core Network elements across 4G and 5G environments.
• Support implementation of Packet Core solutions based on customer requirements, following High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Level Design (DLD).
• Participate in deploying Packet Core nodes on Bare Metal, VNF, and CNF architectures within Telco Cloud environments.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and integration of core network elements such as SGSN, MME, GGSN/EPG, PCRF/SAPC, ePDG/WMG, and 5G NSA/SA nodes.
• Support deployment and basic operations of cloud-based telecom solutions using platforms like OpenStack, VMware, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Perform system validation, basic testing, and assist in integration activities across environments.

• Analyze and troubleshoot network issues using tools such as Wireshark, logs, and basic protocol analysis.
• Support validation of 4G/5G call flows, including VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onsite and offshore) to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Assist in executing software upgrades, patches, and migrations under supervision.
• Monitor system performance and support optimization activities for stability and availability.
• Document configurations, test cases, and deployment activities.
• Work with customers and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

Japanese Proficiency :- Native Level is not mandatory but business level is must.

Bilingual : Business Level English and Japanese.
