Wipro Technologies-France is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Cloud Infrastructure Practice Director to lead and expand our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) within the Technology Services division. This pivotal role is responsible for setting strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our clients’ evolving digital transformation needs.

In this leadership position, you will spearhead the development of advanced cloud infrastructure capabilities, manage practice growth, and foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. A critical part of your role will be to cultivate a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the Cloud Infrastructure Practice aligned with Wipro’s broader business goals and market trends.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions across various public and private cloud platforms.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team of cloud engineers, architects, and consultants by providing mentorship, training, and clear career development paths.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and deliver successful client engagements.
  • Drive innovation by staying current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices, ensuring Wipro remains at the forefront of the digital transformation landscape.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and key performance metrics to ensure practice profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Promote best practices in cloud governance, security, compliance, and risk management tailored to client requirements.

This role demands a strategic thinker and an accomplished leader with exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and steering complex initiatives toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

We invite applications from driven professionals who bring a blend of deep technical expertise and strong business acumen. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a consulting or technology services environment.
  • Proven expertise across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and private/hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, automation, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships at senior executive levels.
  • Excellent strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective cloud infrastructure strategies.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are highly advantageous.
