We are seeking an experienced Network L3 Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Aruba and Cisco LAN/Wireless solutions, advanced troubleshooting skills, and experience supporting international customers in complex network infrastructures.

K͏ey Responsabilities

·  Provide Level 3 support for enterprise LAN and Wireless networks, ensuring high availability and performance.

·  Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN, WLAN, and enterprise switching environments.

·  Design, install, configure, and support Cisco and Aruba network infrastructures, including switches, wireless controllers, gateways, and ClearPass.

·  Perform advanced troubleshooting of LAN technologies such as VTP, STP, ACLs, Port Channels, LAG, VSF, VSX, and gateway redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP).

·  Configure and manage wireless security technologies including WPA, WPA2, 802.1X, PSK authentication, and encryption protocols (AES, TKIP, WEP).

·  Configure HREAP and FlexConnect Access Points for remote and branch office deployments.

·  Lead and support network migration and deployment projects, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with enterprise standards.

·  Prepare and maintain technical documentation including LLD, HLD, Visio diagrams, and testing scripts.

·  Support ClearPass policy creation, access control, and authentication workflows.

·  Work with cross-functional TAC teams to resolve critical and high-severity incidents.

·  Provide remote support to international customers across different time zones.

·  Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring network issues.

·  Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve network issues of moderate to high complexity.

Technical Skills & Expertise͏

Networking & Wireless

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, enterprise switching, and wireless networking
  • Practical experience with RF planning, rogue AP detection, and wireless client analysis

Aruba Technologies (Strong Expertise Required)

  • Switches: Aruba 6000 & 8000 series
  • Access Points: Aruba 500 & 600 series
  • Gateways: Aruba 900 series
  • ClearPass: Virtual node deployment, configuration, and maintenance
  • Aruba Wireless: AirWave, Aruba Gateways, Lightweight & Autonomous APs
  • Management Platforms: Aruba Central, UXI, CX family products

Additional Skills (Advantage)

  • Automation knowledge
  • DDI services experience (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

S͏oft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-handling abilities, with the capability to manage difficult and high-pressure situations
  • Proven ability to handle critical issues and work independently
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)͏

  • Aruba Certified Switching Professional, OR
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
