Job Purpose: 
The role holder plays a critical role in managing processes contributing to organization’s strategic priorities. The role holder also has an influence on shaping organizational policies and processes. The role holder program manages key projects with significant implications, requiring adept communication with leadership. The role requires a high degree of professional experience. The role holder will usually have a team reporting into them. They will also have influence on team members in other cross-functional teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Drive critical strategic and operational goals within the organization.
  2. Adopt/ develop and implement innovative solutions, models, products, processes, and operational plans.
  3. Formulate operational strategies, policies, and manage comprehensive resources with a high degree of autonomy.
  4. Implement governance practices to oversee quality and compliance in operational areas.
  5. Drive thought leadership by participating in innovation activities and contributing articles or papers.
  6. Proactively establish systems to mitigate risks, improve efficiency and customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with other teams and leadership to deliver results
  8. Oversee and coordinate the efforts of team members to meet organizational goals, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  9. Develop execution strategy for projects linked to strategic goals of the function 
  10. They are responsible for building a strong team under them by coaching and mentoring their team members. 
  11. Employ domain, management and leadership capabilities to oversee program teams for successful execution of projects
