Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst with 3–6 years of experience managing Mexican and LATAM payroll. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple countries while working closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory requirements, and payroll best practices across Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
- Process end‑to‑end payroll for Mexico and other LATAM countries
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Manage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and benefits
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and post‑payroll audits
- Support month‑end and year‑end payroll activities
- Manage statutory filings, social security, tax, and benefit-related processes
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service and confidentiality
- Maintain payroll documentation and process improvements

Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong hands‑on experience with Mexican payroll
- Experience supporting LATAM payroll (multi‑country is a strong plus)
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements
- Experience working with payroll systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

- Exposure to payroll audits and compliance reviews
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll vendors used in LATAM
