We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a Payroll.

This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.


 

R͏equirements

  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • English advanced level.
  • Good understanding of human resources processes (COE and Ops).
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel).
  • Familiar with Payroll processes in ERP.
  • Manage tracking and reporting databases to reflect current status and selections.

R͏esponsibilities

  • Diligently coordinate operations and interact with stakeholders for smooth delivery.
  • Payroll approvals.
  • Analyze reports and dashboards for effectively managing client expectations and organizational objectives.
  • SLA management.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to perform their best.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and logical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Thinks outside of the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
  • Problem solving abilities.

Details

  • Salary: Up to $34k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
  • Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
  • Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
